Doug is a native of Crown Point, Indiana. He is a 1993 graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science (Special Education), and he is a 2007 graduate of Trinity Theological Seminar with a Master of Divinity (Concentration in Pastoral Ministry).
He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 32 years and they have nine children together Micah, Hannah, Caleb, Jesse, Mary, Rachel, Lydia, Adam and Jeremiah, and they have 2 grandchildren, Elianna and Noah. Prior to coming to Trinity in May of 2014, Doug served for 12 years as an appointed missionary in Alaska and as pastor of Antelope Valley Baptist Church in Gillette, Wyoming for 9 years. Doug enjoys spending time hunting and fishing.
Donnie Burgess serves as the Music Minister, as a Deacon and as a Sunday School teacher here at Trinity Baptist Church, he leads the music ministry with passion and dedication. He oversees the church's music programs, the planning worship services, and organizing special musical events.
With a heart for worship and a talent for bringing people together through music, Donnie strives to create an atmosphere where everyone can connect with God in a meaningful way. He is committed to using his gifts to glorify God and serve the church community.
Deacon Carlos Myers is a devoted leader who is passionate about serving God and His people. With a heart for ministry, he plays a vital role in supporting the church's mission through service, prayer, and discipleship. He is dedicated to assisting in worship, mentoring others in their faith journey, and helping to build a strong and connected church community.

Deacon Terry Stephens is a native of Indianapolis. He and his wife Tina have been married for 44 years, they have 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. They have been members of Trinity Baptist Church since 1991. Terry also serves as the director of the churches food pantry. Terry enjoys fishing, and spending time with his family.
